I just wanted to say that you are so inspirational and along with the help of you and Cassey from blogilates have motivated me to change my life and become a happier, healthier, and a more creative individual!! I have been part of the “fit fam” for about 4 months now and I just recently started tracking my macros because I wasn’t sure what my body needed in order to see results. I’m sure you are tired of hearing “how do you get your abs” and believe me I have listened to every thing you say about IIFYM, killing it at the gym, and how everyone’s body is different. I know that what your macros are is none of my business, but I was really wondering when calculating your daily intake do you select lose fat, maintain weight, or gain muscle?! I really want to loose fat so my abs can show. I have a very strong abs and a body fat percentage of 15 yet they do not show yet. I have some definition but it is not to the extent I would like. Is there a way to lose fat but gain muscle simultaneously?! Once again thank you for being such a positive influence! Ps congrats on becoming a quest affiliate, I ordered my bars the second I found out!!! 😀 If you would take just a few minutes out of your busy day to help a POPster out and respond to my questions it would not only help, but it would make my day! Keep doing what your doing, you are truly awesome!!!
